Check in is 3:00pm check out is 10:00am ALL QUOTED RATES INCLUDE ONE TIME CLEAN UP AND 11.0% TAX, THERE ARE NO ADD-ON CHARGES. There is a $250.00 security and damage deposit required within 10 days of reservation. Deposits are not applied against rent but are refunded within 14 days after departure if there is no damage. All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to reservation for one-half the deposit to be refunded, there after no deposit will be refunded. No refund for early departure, however unused rent is refunded in the event of mandatory evacuation.

- Maximum Occupancy is 6 people. Anyone violating this rule will be evicted and no rent will be refunded.
